T-mobile Migration Fees are a joke

I have had trouble with T-mobile from the beginning when I first signed up was in march not to long later I learned my employer offered a discount for t-mobile services, I called T-Mobile and gave them my information and they stated that this would change my contract date and extend my contract I was annoyed but agreed considering I had just signed up.

Since then I have been billed for two plans, been charged for replacing defective phone, charged multiple amounts and now being changed extra on my migration fee!  I decided to change to the simple choice plan because it is a great deal I had the option of choosing either current service cycle or next cycle I choose the date to be effective now.  I get nexts month bill and they charged my the 100 dollars I call in and the rep says that if I changed plans one month later the fee would only be $50 dollars! What kind of game is T-mobile playing! are they serious they are as bad as all the other carriers even though they say they are not. Not at all happy with T-mobile's issues even if their service plans are great
