I have a problem. I went to New York and I needed to buy SIM card. I found T-Mobile shop at 200 West 40th Street,New York, NY 10018.
I purchased a prepaid SIM card and I was told that it only cost about $20 and when I saw the receipt I was charged $175.30, guys told me that I would refund back around $130+ in some weeks. I was realy dissapointed in this situation and I refused from buying, guys swore that my money will come back to me soon. It has been Apr 25 and I still haven't received my money yet.
I can't back to this shop to solve the problem. The contact phone +1 212-840-0066 is not answered. I have read about this shop in Google+ - many people got same issues in this shop.
Please tell me, what can I do to refund my money! Thank you
