This happened at the T-Mobile shop at West 40th Street New York City, near Times Square.
I got a 8-day pre-paid card which cost $16 but the staff at the shop charged an additional $245.55 to my credit card which he claimed was just a deposit charged by T-Mobile and will be released back to my credit card when the 8-day prepaid SIM card expires on 10 August 2013. It is more than a month now but I have not received this refund from T-Mobile. I also tried calling the sales, Nel @ 646-644-2962 but it has not been successful. This number was given to me by Nel which he claims is his mobile number which I can call if I do not receive the refund by 11 August. Please help to look into this and arrange for the refund soonest. Thank you.
