Credit Card Charged but no Balance

Just tried to activate & refill a new T-Mobile number. The activation appears to have worked but when trying to charge my account with my Brazilian credit card the site kept saying that there was a problem with the transaction. I got two emails saying that a "temporary hold" may appear in my account (which it did - I have two $70 charges an a $0.01 charge to VESTA Corporation) and I still can't use the service.

 

How do I proceed to get those $140 properly loaded to my account (I chose the unlimited $70 plan)?
