Cannot pay bills online after my.tmobile site change

For some reason the new beta site for mytmobile will not let me pay my bills online and I really hate paying them by phone. I used to have no problem with the old site but it's been 2 months in a row where I have not been able to pay. Mainly, I get an error when trying to pay with the saved Visa (which used to work in the old site) and a hold is made to my account and returned after a few days. After that I have to pay by phone.

 

I loved the convenience of paying online with just a few clicks. I also remembered a notice when the site changed that one could go back to the old site but turns out there is no link anywhere. I have also tried other cards and delete and retry the same one but noone of it worked. Please fix this or let us know if there is something else to do.
