Someone please help me.
This holiday has made this absolutely ridiculous.
Paid my bill today after a long dispute a week or so ago about what it was supposed to be every month for the past few months because somehow my calls to make payment arrangements for the past four months weren't in their memo or however they put it. After being hung up on by a supervisor, talked to like I was a liar even though I have the phone record they said they were also looking at, and then finally the situation was made as right as it could be and he quoted me my total amount for january... and awesome it's way off again. I was the only on the account before last month so hopefully this is just some more stuff that some how got messed up but I need to figure this out. I need to be made primary account holder, how can I do that now?
