T mobile extended my contract without proper notice

I'm writing about  my contract,  after been a long and loyal customer for tmobile, it is first time i  have critical issue like this.

in my family plan , there was 4 lines, because of family member is leaving U.S. I was thinking to cancel one of  the line.

contract is due at Mar 2013.

at 13 Feb, i  walked into a local tmoble store, and asked salesman about canceling one  of the line. found out contract is due at Mar, I told her that i will  come back at April to cancel the line and renew the contract for a  Galaxy S4.  At the time i about to leave, salesman stoped me and told me  that she  could change my plan to unlimited up to 1000 min , that would  save me some money , she never mention anything about  extend my contract for another 2 years or change my classic plan to  value plan.  there is no reason for me to extend the contract right  before canceling the line  to pay$200 extra for ETF. Yes i agreed to  change to less expensive plan, but I would never agree to extend the  contract at that time, that salesman did not show me the paperwork about  renew the contract , not even a verbal notice. . I DID NOT authorize  the extension of my contract when I made the change and was not informed  about any contract duration changes.

I  called CS couple times,  talked to a manger once, no one can help,   they keep repeating that i was agreed to renew the contract,  Can  tmobile provide my signature on the contract or a voice record ? i guess  not,  I also emailed your contract dispute department and did they did  not respond.

A  contract is an agreement between two parties that come to common  terms.  I  did not approve the contract extension at that time.

Is there a solution for this unfair contract extendtion?
