Dear Sir/Madam –
Due to my long lasting business travel outside the U.S. on 03/11/14 I made a phone call to T-Mobile Customer Service to suspend my two lines. Having received the lines suspension confirmation over the phone (please, see the text messages below), I also was informed on my new monthly rate which is $10.00 for both lines.

So, I am confused… How come I was emailed the bill for $152.12 of March 17, 2014, if since March 12, 2014 I have not been using the phone at all. Could you please clarify?

P.S. At the moment I am far away from the U.S., willing to pay my monthly bill via the bank, however not able to phone Customer Service to discuss my concern. I would really appreciate your help online, via email.
