My wife recently contacted tmobile, she is an authorized user on my account and can basically do anything as I would. She called in to request a "Letter if Credit" well after 20 plus minutes on the phone with a representative who clearly had no idea what we needed she brushed off the call to someone who had no answer for my wife but to ask and have me authorize her again. ARE YOU SERIOUS? ?? What a waste of time, so after almost an hour lost we couldn't get what was needed but the runaround. Extremely disappointed so will be terminating all services with T-Mobile. I'm still shocked that being a huge corporation, the representatives couldn't help one bit. Just so you know my wife had to explain to both reps that we needed the letter of credit to provide proof to a lender (bank, we applied for a new home) that we have been witT-Mobile for certain time etc. So id really like to get my letter which I have a total right to!
