No Need for Kardashians, Better Deposits, Account

$

Let's start off by saying that I would prefer if T-Mobile helped me save money on my bill by not paying millions to the Kardashians to hawk the service. There isn't anything Kim Kardashian can show in a 30 second ad that hasn't been seen before and in much greater detail. And at no cost. Please... save the money on the commercials and pass that savings along to the customers. You beat on pricing and the market will come to you in greater numbers. Thank you.

Next - I've been unable to manage my account, getting messages it's unavailable several times. Finally when it was available, I put in $45 to add to my account so I could get rid of a $5 deposit I can't seem to make go away. Now I know T-Mo and every company enjoys having money sitting in accounts not being used. I'm not slow. I put in $45 so I could hit the $50 payment number and pay my bill. For some reason, I get billed for $50 and the $5 remains in a "deposit" area. Any way to get this deposit refunded and just start from zero again?

I'm sure we'll be able to clear this up once T-Mo's computers can access my accounts again, even though I'm logged in. And hopefully if the commercials aren't aired, it could be an additional engineer and high speed server that can be added to improve service. Thanks for listening.

T-mobile sending my information for debt collection for the amount I am not responsible

I had two lines from T-mobile. My mom had to go out of the country so I decided to cancel the other line. I talked to the customer representative and he told me that he will suspend the line and I will not be responsible for any payment unless in the future I decide to open the line. After few months I decided to switch my postpaid line to prepaid line. Everything was fine till here. I moved to a new address and had updated the billing address. But all of the sudden I found some debt collection in my credit report recently (after nearly a year now). I looked at the report and found out that T-mobile had sent the unpaid bill to debt collectors. I was surprised because I never owed any bills to T-mobile, I always paid my bills well within the time. I called the T-mobile and they asked me to go to the store to take a look at the bills. I went to the store. It turns out that T-mobile had been billing me for the suspended line and was sending the bills in my previous address(although the bill for my current line is sent to the current address). I am surprised why? I asked the T-mobile to cancel the line a year ago, but the operator convinced me to keep the line suspended and assured me that not a single penny will be charged ever. Now the debt collection has occurred in my credit report and the debt collectors are threatening me to pay a huge amount as soon as possible. I don't know why should I pay the amount I never owe to anyone. Being a loyal customer for T-mobile for so many years, I think this is a very bad service I got in return. Can anyone suggest me what should I do?

I have a ticket open with a rep named Talitha. I think I might have found part of the problem with not receiving billing texts and would like to notify whoever was working on that ticket.

Can you help?

Has to do with apps, and possibly SIM.

Thanks.

TMobile charges?

Im over TMOBILE for real, when I first got the service I was told I would not pay more than 75 bucks a month including the charge for my phone! For the past several months I have been charged more than 100 dollars a month for my service and the phone. I made extra payments on my phone in the beginning to get the phone paid off and I quit doing so because they keep charging me more than what I was told I was going to pay! Its no wonder that TMobile has a lawsuit going on for people they are over charging!!!

Full bill cycle charged when port out in middle of bill cycle

I ported my number out on 1/24 in middle of my bill cycle. My bill cycle runs from 13th of month. I called in twice in T-Mobile customer care to confirm that I'll be prorated and I was assured. Now after porting I'm charged for full bill cycle.

On calling customer care I'm getting referred to T-Mobile T&C. If this was the case why I was not referred to T&C when I called in twice before porting.

Very upset. I could have easily waited until end of bill cycle for porting out.

Why doesn't T-Mobile want to offer any support??

Hello, I recently had a warranty replacement on my iPhone 5s.  The broken device to be returned was stolen from my house in a burglary on the 10th of this month.  I have called customer care, assurant, gone to the store and mailed customer service and cannot get any help.  I understand there is a non return fee, what I can't get them to do is give me a denial letter stating that my jump insurance won't cover the fee so I can give that to my homeowners insurance company which has already told me if I had that document the would pay the claim.  I am so frustrated that I cannot get anyone to help or guide me.  I have found this to be common with T-Mobile which is not good.  Please help or I will have to close my account.

P/S I am using the prepaid plan: $3 Daily UL Tlk Txt Wb (200 MB 4G)

Do I really need to refill it with more money??

Is there any T-mobile specialist that can help me on this?? Thanks!

What is my RMA # and where are the phones I sent in?

I'm honestly sick and tired of this....

I switched to T-Mobile a couple of weeks ago, and sent in two phones as part of the device trade-in program - an iPhone 5 and a Galaxy S4. I haven't heard anything back regarding my trade-in's, so I decided to investigate. I'm especially concerned because even though I traded in the phone via the T-Mobile website, the shipping labels do not contain the RMA # (I have the IMEI/ESN of both the devices though).

So far, I have made three phone calls today....have been put on hold for over ONE AND A HALF HOURS in total....have been transferred from representative to representative....but I cant get a straight answer from T-Mo. All I want to know are (a) Where are are the phones I sent in? (b) What are my RMA numbers? (c) When can I get the credit????

CAN SOMEONE HELP???????????? This is RIDICULOUS!!!!

My prepaid $100 been deleted by Tmobile representative and they are saying nothing about it

I've joined T-mobile with prepaid plan for 1 line ($50 unlimited deal) in early January.

When I logged into my account online, I decide to pay $100 so that I don't have to find my card and pay it.

Everything was excellent until I added another line on my account.

My friend wanted to have T-mobile so I went to Tmobile store located in Fashion Valley and told a representative that I'd like to add a line. He was helping me through opening another line and I told him that I have $100 balance in my account.

After telling him that, he said my $100 is gone and he cannot do anything about it.

What? does it make sense to you? He did not ask me that he is deleting my previous account and my $100 prepaid money will be gone. First, I tried to understand him because people make mistake and I was okay with that. He TOLD me that he would ask his manager and call me back but I never got a phone call. What a responsible business!

After 3 weeks, I went back to Tmobile store again for further updates and one of the representatives is now telling me that I would get partial refund of it. IT STILL DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. If T-mobile has shown me consideration or effort in solving my issue at all, I could have waited but they are not responsible for their mistake and now telling me that it is my fault so they cannot refund my $100.

I work Full time and Part time job for my living and $100 is not something you just spend. It does really mean a lot to me.

I've been really disappointed with T-mobile about this monetary issue and I'd like NOT to recommend T-mobile service to my friends as I did before because of this bad experience and hopefully no one goes through same pain I suffered.

Still, T-mobile is not calling me back.

Cancelled the account 8 years ago. Got debt collection 3 years ago and paid in full. Now have debt collection calls everyday. Need help with debt dispute!!!

I cancelled the T-mobile account 8 years ago with full paid. Three years ago, I got scared when receiving collection calls from Midland Funding. As a result, I paid for the debt in full anyway. Now my credit report shows different debt collectors asking for the same debt. The funny thing is that each debt collector has different phone numbers associated with the account but I'm never aware of any of those, except for those provided by Midland Funding. The most current collector is Diversified. The representative from Diversified told me that T-mobile asked them to collect the debt.

Does anyone have suggestions to remove the collection from my credit report?

Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to make an extra EIP payment, however, every time I do I get the message "We're sorry, your payment didn't go through.

Please try again." I'm using the same saved credit card that I just paid my regular bill with. Any suggestions?

T-Mobile trade-in: how long does it take for T-Mobile to confirm receipt of the package?

I did a trade-in from T-Mobile website and received an RMA number, along with the USPS shipping label. The label show it goes to Assurant Solutions, a 3rd party company T-Mobile contracted for the trade-in.

Since I am trading-in a tablet, I added Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation and full insurance. USPS confirmed that the package has been delivered as of February 7th, 2015.

However, as of today (2 weeks later), my T-Mobile account still show that they have NOT processed my trade-in because the status is "Pending shipping by customer".

Howe can it be? It has been 2 weeks since delivery and T-Mobile / Assurant Solutions claim they have not received it. Can anyone who did trade-in share their experience?

Why doesn't T-Mobile prorate my final bill?

On January 17, 2015 I lost my phone. I reached out to a T-Mobile agent via online chat and explained this in an attempt to find assistance locating my phone. I was unable to locate the phone so I had to get a new one. I had the number ported to a different carrier and was assured by the new carrier that the account with T-Mobile would be cancelled and I didn't need to speak with T-Mobile again. My billing period started on January 11, 2015 so when I received my final bill in the mail, I anticipated to see an amount due that reflected only 7 days worth of charges. I was very disappointed to see that T-Mobile is trying to get an entire month worth of charges out of me. I was very loyal to T-Mobile and stayed with them for a long time and was generally happy with their service and treatment of customers. This is now totally different. How can T-Mobile charge me 3 weeks worth of charges for something I did not and could not use? How is this even legal?

Advantage Military Discount Program

I've been with T-mobile for about 8 years now. I have 5 lines on my account. I verified and began receiving the military discount shortly after initiating my account.  I viewed my bill a few months ago and noticed that my military discount was not taken off. I called customer service and they told me to re verify my benefits. I had not received any notification when my benefits needed and would not have known had I not checked my detailed billing. That being said, the T-mobile rep gave me instructions on how to reverify my information. I went ahead and did that and sent in all my information. I received confirmation that it had been received. Still, the next month, again I didn't receive my discount. It was credited manually. Then it happened again. No automatic discount again. This month I didn't get the discount again. I really don't know what the problem is that is holding back my discount from being applied to my account again. I've verified it and you all had all my information already.  I don't have the time to keep calling each month to ensure that my discount get applied.  I need the discount for this month to be applied to my account and the discount to be set up on my account so that it is automatically credited each month.

I've been a good customer with 5 lines for 8 years and there is no other reward or anything for us long term customers. T-mobile will give new customers discounts for transferring to them, then it certainly seems that they should do something for the customers that have been with them for a long time.  I see no reason why they don't offer some kind of incentive for each year you are with T-mobile after the first say 3 years of something. There should be  a program of some kind like that but since there isn't, that makes this program for the small savings that I'm eligible for even more important. Can someone please look into this matter for me.  I appreciate it.

Advantage Discount?

I've been a T-Mobile customer for a year and I have a discount through my employer through the Advantage Discount program.  I received a card in the mail telling me that the agreement with my employer has expired.  I then read on the internet that T-Mobile was actively closing down the Advantage Discount program in an effort to put every customer on an even playing field.  The problem is, I want my discount.  I then read that people that were on the Advantage Discount Plan previous to March 31, 2014 would be able to keep their discounts.  That's great.  Only thing is, when I try to verify my discount, I get told that my employer doesn't offer one, which I believe was T-Mobile's doing.  How do I get my discount back?

Was told calling Trinidad would cost me .20 cents per minute-T Mobile Charged me over 2 DOLLARS a minute!

Today I noticed my phone bill had almost another 100 dollars tacked on to it. Turns out in January, I made a call to my brother stationed in Trinidad who I was told the call would only be .20 cents per minute. I was on the phone with him for 46 minutes and T Mobile charged me 95.95 !!!  That's over 2 dollars a minute!

A few day's before I made the call, I was at the mall and visited the T Mo store and knowing my brother would be in Trinidad, I asked the employee there about fee's and costs to Trinidad. He asked which plan I had and I told him I had the Simple Choice Plan with unlimited text & calling. He told me that it would only be .20 cents! Great! No problem.

But obviously that isn't true since using T MO Chat-I wanted to call but I have laryngitis at the moment and anyway, because there's no PROOF of any employee telling me about the .20 cents per minute, there was nothing she could do!!!

I don't feel like T Mobile cares about my situation. I've been a customer with T Mobile for many years now and when things like this happen and I have to challenge T Mobile, they let me know how insignificant I am to them. This isn't right and the more I think about it, the more I need to stop being such a habitual person and just break away for the better good. You know, at least 2 to 3 time's a week I get frustrated with my T Mobile service, either the calls drop and I'm in a no service zone and that includes my 4g data being just as unreliable.. I've been with T Mobile for so long that I don't know how it's like with Verizon or AT&T-I guess I sort of just assume every carrier has these flaws. I guess it's time to do my research about these other companies to see what's best for me..
