Why am I pass due when I have had my phone less then a month and first payment was already made? Also, why was my billing cycle date changed?

Ok your site is lacking customer support! I could get an agent to chat when buying the phone but cant get one now that I'm a customer?

I bought and activated my phone at the beginning of May. A payment was also made at that time. My bill cycle used to say June 2, but now switched to May 25 somehow. I am now getting SMS saying I am passed due. It says I owe my monthly amount and a $20 charge for being late when I haven't had the phone for a month. I have unlimited, so no overage. What gives!?
