How to add corporate discount to account that was previously prepaid?

When I signed up for T-Mobile a few months ago they had not changed their business model over to everything completely being no-contract yet, so at the time, the account I signed up for was a prepaid Monthly4G account for $50/month. At that time it was my understanding that if you worked for a company that had a discount for T-Mobile it could only be applied to "contract" plans and prepaid accounts were not eligible for the discount.

 

First, does anyone know how this is going to work now that everything is no-contract? I do still "pre" pay my account instead of receiving a post-paid bill, but to my understand Monthly4G accounts no longer exists, correct? So I assume I would now be able to use my discount and started filling out the Corporate Discount Form that I found on another thread except I am stuck at the portion that asks me what my T-Mobile account number is. I found a thread that says you can find your account number by going to the manage tab, then to billing summary... but I don't seem to have the billing summary option anywhere and cannot find my account number anywhere. Can anyone shed any insight?
