Should TM Users be Encouraged to Get Paper Bills?

   There have been hundreds of posts from users who have been crammed/scammed.  Many of them didn't realize they were robbed for several months.

   I wonder how many of these people went "green" and don't get paper bills.   It is time consuming to go online and look at billing details.  If you get a paper bill (like I do), you can instantly see the line items and usage in different categories.  I also get my cable bill on paper for the same reason - Comcast likes to suddenly double the rate on some "special" - and I then need to call in and cancel that pkg. - or what usually happens is negotiate a new deal.

   Some bills are ok to get online.  Electric and gas there is only one usage number to look at.  Credit card bills online are easy to read because all purchases are normally on one, easy to read, page.

    TM constantly encourages users to go "green".  I would like to think it is for environmental reasons and not make it easy for customers to be crammed/scammed month after month.
