On May 7 I called to see what a 9.99 charge was on my bill. The call center rep talked me into a free upgrade on my phone data plan. My first bill showed a charge of $20 for this free upgrade, so I called the call center today. Ryan, Representative ID#1212284, told me the plan that the other rep had tried to transfer us to was unlimited talk, text and data for the same price we had been paying for our 2 1/2 year old plan. Of course I jumped at that, and Ryan refunded the $20 per month charge. 20 minutes later I received a text that I had used up all my high-speed data for the month (in 4 days) on my UNLIMITED data plan. When I tried to get Ryan back I was told that it is impossible to talk to the call center rep that I spoke to - the one who gave me his Rep ID# and told me to call should I have any problems not even an hour ago! Oh, and the new rep tried to sell me the $20 add-on unlimited data plan! Wow. We're checking out Verizon now.
