Dear T-mobile, I tried to refill my prepaid account 4 times. Every time Vesta charged ny card for 75 dollars, but ny account is still empty.
I was sure that you will return my money back or add them to my account, but it`s still not ok. My account is empty, but 300$ are lost from my credit card.
I can`t call to customer care cause I don`t live in US.
What can I do now? How can you refund my payments?
