WTH??

When I got our phones 4 months ago, they changed the due date for me.Now I just got told that I'm paying a late fee? Every month on the 25th, even tho it's in writing, they still want to shut me off on the 25th.I have unlimited for my phones.I haven't once paidwhat I was told.I'm sincerely disgusted by billing practices.I thought I was making a great change with tmobile.Can you say SUCKER IN TUCSON?
