Has anybody else had problems with T-Mobile billing you while deployed overseas? I've called them a few times regarding this matter and they keep saying I was using my cell phone which was turned off in the bottom of a sea bag. This is even though prior to my deployment I took a paper copy of my orders to the T-Mobile store on base and requested that my account be suspended for the duration of my deployment. I was on an automatic payment plan so I had no idea the money was coming out. I wound up paying over $600 for a phone I couldn't use after they said my account would be suspended.
If anybody has any idea what I can do about this please let me know.
