I can't seem to view my October billing statement. Anyone else having this issue? I can see all my previous bills, but just not my 9/7-10/6 bill.
I've been dealing with Phone Support and they've created tickets, promised follow-ups, put in requests to send me paper statements, but nothing.
Anyone from T-Mobile here who can help me with this? To not know what I'm being charged for is excruciating.
