I've been redirected and stuck in an automated phone loop for the past 4 hours. I call 611. The lines are extremely busy, so instead of waiting on hold for +1hours, I leave my number for a call back. AutoTmo calls back, I get a rep on the line, tell them my situation, however they are unable to help me and forward me to financial care. I get a recording to leave my number for a call back or hold for +1hours. Guess who calls back? Yup, a rep who is unable to help me and transfers me to financial care, where I can hold for +1hours or leave a number for a call back. I asked for a direct number to financial care. They give me 800-937-8997 or 800-937-8942 which puts me back in the automated phone loop hell. HELP. This is ridiculous. Can someone give me a direct number to financial care that connects to an actual financial care specialist? Please.
