Cannot refill online! Cannot view activity online!

Hello,

 

for the past 4 days I cannot refill my account online. I fill out all the information correctly and then when I click continue I get a message that says something like "the system is currently not available"

 

I have contacted support and did not really receive any help for this. Only that I can call in and add funds via the phone (much longer)

 

The second problem is I cannot even see the account activity from my account page at all! There is no view current activity or view bill as the rep has told me. It simply does not exist.

 

So I cannot add funds to my account and I cannot view the charges to my account. There is not really a point for the online account!!
