Refill DENIED?

A card that I have associated with my account and know has money on it is mysteriously denited. It had asked for a phone # associated with the card account, and a number to be reached and then all of a sudden, shifting to a "Denied" message. If it's because I have to spend $35 every four or 5 days for 3.5 gigs of quickly expended data, you need to have unlimited plans available for purchase through pay as you go methods like other providers.It gets ridiculously expensive to use plans as little as 3.5 GB when you have nothing real to do on the internet but youtube and facebook.

 

I'd like an answer ASAP so I can get in touch with Customer Support if needed.
