Overview
TMUS employees can use this document to understand how to select the primary user designations for the lines on their employee account.
Employees must designate the primary user of each of the lines on their employee account on My T-Mobile to ensure that they are taxed corrected and receive the correct discount for each line.
Exception: Puerto Rico employees are unable to designate their lines on My T-Mobile. They must contact Customer Care.
Resolution Steps
To change line designations on My T-Mobile, follow these steps:
- Log into your My T-Mobile account.
- Click Your Profile.
- On the profile page, click Edit in the Line Designation section.
- Make the appropriate designation and save your changes.
