Set up a payment arrangement

Learn how to set up a payment arrangement. You can schedule a payment arrangement or a future dated payment online on My T-Mobile, over the phone with our automated system, or with Customer Care. Find out more on the page.

Future dated payment

To schedule a future payment, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
2. Click Pay my bill In the green My bill box.
3. Click on the calendar to select a date from now until your due date.
   
4. Choose payment method and enter your information.
5. Click Next.
6. Follow the screens to set up the future payment.

Payment Arrangements

We understand there are times when you need a little longer to pay your bills. To set up a two-installment payment arrangement, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
2. Click the Pay my bill button in the My bill box.
3. Click the Make an Arrangement button.
4. Click 2 PAYMENTS and then choose days between payments (up to 14).
   
5. Choose payment method and enter your information.
6. Click Next.
7. Follow the screens to set up the future payment.
