Per Makayla Sargent at T-Mobile my migration fee and tax should have been adjusted - removed from my account. Can you check on that adjustment before I pay my bill? I should just owe my useage fee.

Makayla and Craig,

Here is another example of the Migration fee being charged to one of the employees.  Please have this taken care of ASAP.  Is there a way that all this accounts can be better noted as such.  No Frontier employee should be charged a migration fee.

Hi Matthew,

I changed my phone over yesterday and they charged me a $200 migration fee.  Is that the case with everyone?  I just didn’t expect it.

Thanks,

Jessica
