Is my order complete?

Hello. I recently made a purcase, and I want to know if my order was complete or not. I did everything mostly over the phone, giving the operator my credit card information and everything. After she said everything was completed, I received the online Signature and signed it. It again, asked me for my credit card. Please help me because I don't want to put it in and get charged twice.
