My thread was closed because it went 36 hours without action. The admin, @tmo_lauren, didn't account for the holiday when support was closed. My issue has not been resolved and I have no way to re-open the thread.

How can I access old records (from 2-3 months ago) on the new website? They used to be available before this "upgrade". My current usage is available but I need a phone number from several months ago.
When I switch to the relevant bill I get a message "no records available". This has been happening since the "upgrade".
I've used IE 8, 9 and 10 as well as Chrome across 3 different computers and my phones browser.
I called support and the only thing the representative could do is follow a script telling me I get my bills in email (no, I get a notification via email) and tell me to clear my browser history. If I am getting the same issue on multiple computers it's not the browser history. He refused to escalate the call to his supervisor, stating "never fear, I can resolve this for you".
I don't think this issue is isolated to me (a quick Google search told me that) but everything I see resolves in to in-fighting and no resolution.
To the support person who sees this take note:
- I've used IE 8, 9, 10 and 11 as well as Chrome across 3 different computers (one at home, 2 at work) and my phones browser. It is not my browser, browser history or computer.
- This issue has happened since the website "upgrade"
- These records used to be available prior to the "upgrade"
- These records are not available via the email notification.
I need a specific phone number for a customer service issue I am trying to dispute. Please provide a resolution or ability to get this information ASAP.
Thank you
