This is my second month of using t-mobile and the last
i have NEVER written in a forum before but after getting off the phone with customer support im THAT irritated
my first month i used the 30 dollar plan, it ran out pretty fast which is what i expected, but it was a new phone so i was more or less testing the phone.which was actually pretty good. so i decide to upgrade to unlimited,so i put 50 dollars on my phone and upgraded. iam told i have successfully switched my plan. this was on november 22 and today i go to make a call and it says i'am out of minutes.
so i call up customer support and hope to figure out what happened. apparently my plan was upgraded but wouldn't activate for another 30 days. pretty much i was told this is all my fault for using the minutes.
this is seriously the stupidest thing i have ever heard of, i have never before seen a upgrade taking 30 days to activate not to mention the customer service was rude and didnt even try to help. just blamed me and that was all.
