Highway Robbery!! No warning of a minutes overage!!!!!!

It's remarkable to me that a $724.95 overage was dismissed by a rep, and I was simply advised to "check my minutes now and then". Having a consistent bill for more than a YEAR straight with absolutely no variation, and suddenly when I call (mostly the same 3 numbers) a lot one month, my bill goes up by 10 times!!! I always pay on time with autopay, and most companies would beg to have a customer like me.

This is unbelievable to me. I was offered no help whatsoever by two different reps. The first rep I could not understand, and the second one just told me to watch my minutes.

VERIZON CALLS THEIR CUSTOMERS TO WARN THEM OF AN IMPENDING OVERAGE!!!!! T-Mobile just lets it happen then spits in your face. This is completely unacceptable. I'm poring through my contract to find the exact wording regarding overage and customer notification. Considering the climate of consumer advocacy we have nowadays, I don't see why I should have to pay 10x my normal bill with NO CLUE that I was anywhere close to over my minutes. I would welcome any attempt to try and fix this, but my feeling now is that I have to empower myself to begin a long fight with this company.
