I am a new customer that has only a hotspot for internet access - I have been unable to pay my bill using my debit card from California Coast Credit Union since I started service - I get the message "Payment Declined We are unable to process your online payment from the account provided Please resubmit your payment using another account or pay with ATM/debit or credit card. Thank you " when I try to use at the T-Mobile website and the card works fine everywhere else except t-mobile- I called California Coast and they tell me that the card has been approved 8 times for the amount of the bill $34.67 since Saturday but that right after the approval they are getting a credit back from T-Mobile for the same amount - Called with a member of California Coast Credit Union on the line with me and the T-Mobile rep who answered named ROSE ( who spoke with broken English ) offered to take my payment over the phone but was unable to resolve the issue - when we asked to speak with a supervisor she placed us on hold and then hung up on us. - We called back and asked for a supervisor (spoke with Martin who advised me that he was in the Phillipines) Martin fired question after question at me and had no clue what services I had and kept asking for my address over and over - promised me that the issue had been fixed and to wait two hours and it would be corrected -- It wasn't --
HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH A T-MOBILE REPRESENTATIVE IN THEIR CORPORATE OFFICES ?
