I have been making my payment the same way for over a year, and now suddenly it doesn't let me process it. I have even re-entered the information, and done everything that troubleshoot suggested.
Your information is helpful but is evidently catered towards people who struggle with everyday use of computers and internet. I am not one of them. Please help me figure this out.
I do not intend on being charged any late fees for no fault of mine. I still have 8 days before my payment is due.
My phone no. is ***-****, however I am currently out of the states in Malaysia visiting family. I'm attempting to make my payment online so that when I return I am still able to use my phone. I have done this with no problem in the past, so I think it may be caused by the new interface of the website. I think it looks great and is easier to use than before, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason for my payment not being processed.
Fix it please.
