Failure to notify about line suspension.

I try to connect to my post-paid connection to pay a past-due bill, only to log in on a prepaid one I have to see that it's suspended without any notification. I had little to no money, and I like to pay in full or not pay at all. So because of your failure to notify (Past-due notices notwithstanding, because it doesn't say WHEN you'll suspend it), I now have to spend an extra $20 or however much on top of the $62 to get it reactivated? I refuse to do such a thing because of yours, as a company's, negligence in notifying about a suspension. I'm letting you know that I'll gladly pay the past due amount, but the $20 (or however much) to reactivate is bogus. Notify someone right before you suspend it so they can prepare extra money to take care of it.
