I cannot understand why I have a contract! I have my T-Mobile cell phone plan since 2009.The last phone upgrade I made was in Sep 24, 2010. I moved from Puerto Rico to Orlando and when I requested an address change I was forced to a less favorable plan. I did not do any upgrade despite the fact I was entitled to one. The only change I requested was an ADDRESS change from Puerto Rico to Orlando!
In summary, I have a relationship with T-Mobile since 2009. I ended up with a less favorable plan when I requested an address and area code (787 to 407) change without making an upgrade and now I’m stocked with a new contract I cannot terminate without paying an ETF. PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHY??
