Check Cashed but not showing up on T-mobile account

Hi,

I have a pay as you go account and I tried using my bank's bill pay feature to pay my account. My bank mailed a paper check to the Cincinnati,OH location on this web page, http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1723. Now I see that the check has cleared, however, I don't see the payment anywhere on my t-mobile page. Can anyone help me out with this? Just want to know where my money went.
