I started a request for a response but evidently your c/s site has deleted it. I was supposed to have received a credit for my monthly charges because of the problems I had with dropped calls and texting. I have not received this credit. My tech support was Noel id# 12506673. While I was getting the credit the call dropped (once again). I would appreciate my credit being issued immediately for this months billing.
