How do I reduce data costs, take 2.

Last discussion went no where so let's try again.

I have the $20 unlimited data service.  I typically use about 50mb of data per month. I looked all over the website but couldn't find a data plan cheaper than the $20 plan. I did see a 500mb plan in the Simple Plan. How do I switch to this plan?
