Auto Charged without Auto-Pay

Hello T-Mobile,

 

I was surprised today to see a T-Mobile charge on my bank account of $80.37. Immediately I logged-into my T-Mobile account online and saw the following:

 

My account status

 

Account balance: $0.00

 

 

Account status: Active

 

Next payment amount : $80.00

 

Next charge date: 01/19/2014

Low funds

 

Auto-Pay settings: OFF Sign up

 

As you can see my Auto-Pay is set to off, so I don't understand why I was charged and would like to know how to go about getting the transaction reversed, as I no longer live in the US.

 

Please advise as soon as you can.
