T-Mobile canceled my account for posting a phone on Craigslist that I own!

Hello, I have been with T-Mobile for about 6 months with no complaints. Despite the poor coverage, they have always been good to me and have assisted me when needed. Over the past few months, I have been having problems with my galaxy S3 ranging from delays in applications to freezing to even the occasional complete shutdown. I have tried removing my apps and even master resetting the phone but that did not help. In fact, I ended up exchanging my phone 3 times because I had the warranty. During the most recent exchange, the UPS apparently left the phone at my house side door but when I got the email that the package was delivered I did not find the package meaning either somebody stole the package or did it did not in fact get to me. Either way, I just reported that I didn't recieve the phone to T-Mobile and they sent me another one. When I began to have the same problems with that phone, I finally decided to just upgrade to a different phone which I would recieve in the mail in the next few days. Realizing that my phone would now be useless, I posted it on craigslist to sell it since I was recieving a new phone. The following morning, I awake to find my phone and my family's phones were not working, not even customer care. Apparently, my service was cancelled because I was selling T-Mobile property and the risk assessment deemed me too risky to maintain service. Furthermore, a supervisor told me to head over to a coporate store where they should help you. After doing so, I was told by each staff member including the manager that there was nothing that they could and I would have to write the risk assessment a letter. To make matters worse, I have a brother with bone cancer who was expecting calls from doctors from my moms number so that really put in quite the predicament. After wasting a whole day speaking to customer care and the store employees I realized there was no use in arguing and just sent the letter. What angers me most is how there was no warning of the cancellation of the service so I could make accomadations. They simply just assumed I was selling their property and cancelled my service when in fact I was just selling my own phone that I own and could do with what I please. Sigh
