I recieved a text msg confirming my payment and bill had gone through. Except now I cannot make any calls and my balance says 0 dollars, which is wrong.

recieved a text msg confirming my payment and bill had gone through. Except now I cannot make any calls and my balance says 0 dollars, which is wrong.

 

My account still says my payment is due today. I also did not end the month with 0 dollars on my account, only 26 something should have been charged, which is what the confirmation text says. However, my account says I have 0 Dollars and owe 30 dollars. Texting work but calls do not
