The CEO said, and I believed it. I bought an iPad Air (t-mobile) when it first came out and called t-mobile to sign up for the free data for life plan. Noting but trouble since early October. Each month I am being billed $10 for an "on demand" plan. I never signed up for this, and I have been unsuccessful by phone, in store and via live chat to get this resolved. I am hoping someone here can help me get this issue remedied.
