I recently switched my classic plan to the new plan with the intention of beginning an EIP with the Nexus 5 promo that I see on the main page of T-Mobile. While on the phone with the customer care rep, he informed me that would not be a problem and that he could help me figure out how to obtain it. I was then transferred around to several different departments and even told, after having to wait for the automated system to call me back, that the promo was for new customers only.

Obviously the fact that no one knew that information for the previous 45 minutes was frustrating. However, I suspect now that no one knew because no where in the promotion does it say that it is solely for new customers. The deal is, and I quote, "web purchase only". I am attempting to purchase the device online, via my t-mobile account. I would just like the ability to utilize the promo code, as I've attached below. By all means change the wording of it AFTER you allow me to redeem it. I would greatly appreciate it. I want to give your company more money per month, please allow me to do so.
