I ordered 2 iPhones for me and my wife on Nov 13th. I'm waiting and waiting and never get the phones yet. Checking the UPS tracking, phone were shipped from back east to Los Angeles UPS warehouse, and stayed there more than a weeks and never moving to my local UPS warehouse for delivering to me. I suspected the phone were lost then i called T-mobile customer support to verify and i want to cancel the order because i waited too long, then the guy from T-mobile said he will transfer my case to T-mobile research or whatever to find out. A week later, on UPS tracking show the package in the UPS activity: "Tracer request. / Lost package tracer." Called the T-mobile again to mention i want to cancel the order and want my money back. Package was lost, why should i wait for nothing. And then, a week later UPS tracking showed:"Tracer request. / Claim issued." That give me more confident that the phones were gone forever and never comeback. While waiting to get the refund from T-mobile, today I'm getting the bill statement from T-mobile for this month $190. I'm totally shock!!! Never get the new phones and now i get charged, what a joke???? Called the Customer support again to complain, the lady from customer support said i need to wait 2 3 business days, i will get the refund. I don't know what T-mobile doing, look like they are buying time or something. Today is 12/20/13 that 1 month 7 days long and never get the phone but give me more headache. I've never seen in my life that ordering the phone just a simply thing but taking more than 1 a month and story is not end yet. I'm a AT&T customer and i want to switch to T-mobile because i believed the TV ad said everything good and better than AT&T but for my case the TV ad is not true and i learn the lesson from T-mobile.
