This is the 4th month in a row where I have had to call and have my bill adjusted. Each month the customer service reps have located the issues and I wait for adjustments to my bill... Every month I am told an amount to expect my bill to be and each month it ends up being higher than quoted. Last month I was told I qualified to move all my lines to the new "cheaper" plan and since we had upgraded a phone they would waive the migration fees... I was told my bill would be $110 before a corporate discount and a $7 phone upgrade fee... My bill for this month is $296. I called once the bill arrived and was told that give it a few weeks that it would adjust before the bill was due... I call today since the bill is due in 3 days and it still shows the $296... Today I am told that they see what happened and that my bill will actually be around $140 a month??? Why is this continually happening... In December some how my unlimited texting was removed... This month all but one lines of data had been removed... Every time I am quoted that my services will be the same and it will XX a month... How is a person suppose to even know if you are getting accurate information when EVERY time you call you are being quoted something different. I will NEVER sign up for automated payments I have yet to see that I even am guaranteed the price I am being told. Why does this keep happening? Your customer service reps have been very apologetic and do seem to get the problem resolved but WHY am I having to be inconvenienced on a continuous basis. I have yet to figure out why unlimited doesn't mean unlimited.. today I was told one of my lines needed to have the higher data? Isn't data unlimited??? We live in a 2G area so really does it matter that if we go past the xx amount that it will slow down??? When is it 4G to begin with???? I have been a customer for a VERY long time and was finally thinking that you were doing something for your long term customers by allowing us to switch to the simple choice without migration fees,,,, however my bill is yet to prove it!! I have been very patient and this is unacceptable!
