I purchased 4 phones through the Costco Wireless in-store kiosk a little over a month ago. One of the Costco benefits is a $25 per line credit that is supposed to be automatically added to my bill.
I started my primary line on 1/17/2014. I then added 3 additional lines to my account on 1/25/2014. My first billing cycle ended 1/20/2014, so it is perfectly understandable why my first bill did not include the credit. However, nothing has shown up on my second bill either, which just got generated today.
How long does it normally take for these credits to appear?
Does it matter if I changed my telephone numbers since the original signup? I wonder if the credits are referenced by phone number rather than by the account number. If this is the case, how do I resolve this?
