Been with TM since the being. Spent thousands with them. Even paid for Canada minutes because you didn't have a plan and I had to work. I was loyal!! I had an accident breaking my back this year. Need to temporary cut cost due to taking time out to recover. We contacted a Rep by phone to inquire about a lower plan since I currently don't need the minutes I had. We asked if they could review the bill see were we can cut cost, since a new customer will pay half what I'm paying on the plans. Nope can't help you! What 10 years together and you can't help us! Before I bad talk or even think of leaving contract or not. I wanted to ask the question you really can't help? In a time where I need your help just NO! Can't be the Tmobile we all love. So my question Tmobile you really can't help?
