Equipment Installment Plan Problem

Hello,

 

I was looking to payoff my EIP balance and I'm running into a problem. On my Billing Home screen under EIP, I see the following:

 

"Your account currently has no Equipment Installment Plans."

 

However, my most recent bill shows:

 

Plan #20130924802510 - Balance Owed^ $441.00

 

 

Can someone from T-Mobile get in touch with me so we can get this resolved?
