How Do I get my refund???

Hi, my name is Michael. I made an order about 1 month ago to find out in my bank account the order was charged twice to my account.I then call t-mobile which assured me I had to cancel both orders and have to re-order. I was okay with this and was glad they could help. (So i thought). I received a refund 3-5 days later for one of the charges, but still have had 1 pending for 399.98 for the past month. I know for a fact the orders were cancelled because i never received an order confirmation number, also I have tried calling customer care to only be hung up on, rudely talked to, and to top it all off I've called multiple days. Yesterday was my last straw talking to the phone people as they passed me around to 12 different people before they finally rudely hung up on me.I have never been so frustrated with an online purchase and will never go through t-mobile again nor recommend it to anyone. All I'm looking for is my money and I want to get it back as soon as possible as $399.98 is quite a bit of money to me. I'm almost to the point of talking to my lawyer about taking legal action because I am highly aggravated with the help i have not yet received. Can anyone please help me on how to fix this issue??? Thank you.
