RMA Status not found??

OK, long story short (and it is a long story, I've been dealing with this nearly daily for a week now) I can't print a return label to return my used blackberry's to T-Mobile. I have 3 lines on my account. Attempted to do a BlackBerry trade in on the internet. Ordered my new phone, and went to the trade in site, where I was told all services are down. Tried that for a couple days, and never got anywhere with it. So I chatted with a rep, they told me I couldn't do the trade in online, I had to go to a store, and they couldn't cancel my order I had to refuse shipment if I wanted the trade in credit. No big deal, I THOUGHT. Went to the store, had 2 old BB's to trade in, and got that done. I didn't know the store I went to (an hour's drive away no less!) was a "authorized retailer" and not a corporate store. So he gave me my RMA numbers (they start with TMU) and a sheet that explained how to go home and print the labels to return my BB's. No big deal I thought, went home and entered in the numbers only to receive a message that says RMA status not found. So I chatted up a rep, asked them what to do. The story I got was have to go back to the store. Talked to the store, they said it's not our problem, have to talk to CS. Talked to CS again, they say oh, we'll have a supervisor call you on Friday. Friday comes and goes, no one calls. Talk to CS again, oh we'll have a supervisor call you first thing next week. Like you were supposed to on Friday?? But anyway, I'm stuck with a massive EIP, and 2 phones I was SUPPOSED to get credit for that I can't do anything with. What am I supposed to do? How do I fix this? All I want is to get credit for these phones.
