I want my refund NOW

I purchased your service over the phone which was a HUGE mistake then I had your service for 4 days and it was just as bad as sprint so I cancelled it right away. I mailed your two iPhone 5s's back and had to pay for my own shipping (every other carrier will send me a ups envelope except for you) and it delivered to your business on wed. I call your customer service and was told I have to wait put to 10 days which I do not believe since I see many posts on here about how everyone waits so long for a refund. You charged me the same day I opened my service why should I have to wait until its convenient for your company to refund me my money back?! I will not wait ten days and if I need to dispute the transaction with my bank I WILL and I will report your company. By the way your management is horrible and I do not appreciate your managers arguing with me telling me I am wrong. I work in customer service myself and your customer service SUCKS miserably! i shouldn't have to check my account every day to see if you decided to refund the money that is mine!
