calls made to my tmobile cell phone aren't showing up in my bill

As of the last few months, calls being made to my cell phone aren't showing up on my bill.   I know for a fact that since December of 2013, a number of people have called my cell number and left messages, and these calls/messages aren't showing up on my bill.  Any ideas why?  thanks
