Extra charge

I've done a search for this (Simple Choice VAL UNL T+T) and have found that it's a charge for an extra line?

I have no extra line.

This is my first bill. I paid my first big lump sum when I set up my plan 2 month ago. I was told this included my first month. Suddenly I see this on top of my $50 bill. What am I missing here?
